Orders can be received several ways. You can order online at any time or you may call or fax us Monday through Friday 9am-5pm Mountain Time. We will begin processing orders received during the next business day. We accept: VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
All items are made to order and will be shipped within 6-8 business days after receipt. Delivery will be determined by the selected shipping method.
Please allow enough time if you are ordering for a baby shower or special event. Let us know if you need your order sooner and we will try to accommodate. We will do our best to fulfill your order in a timely manner and will email you if the item you have ordered is back-ordered.

Shipping Information
Orders will be shipped within 6-8 business days of receipt. Shipping methods are for deliveries within the United States (no P.O. boxes). You can calculate your shipping charges within your shopping cart before you checkout. We will keep you informed of your order status via e-mail and your tracking number(s) will be emailed to you when the item(s) is shipped.

Product Information & Care
All of our products are made of 100% combed cotton that has been pre-washed in baby detergent for increased comfort and less shrinkage. Onesie sizes are cut to be fitted and run a little small. Please take this in consideration when choosing sizes. Also keep in mind that babies grow quickly! To care for your items machine wash cold, inside out and with like colors. No bleach. Tumble dry low and do not iron.

Return/Refund Policy
Baby Candy will make an exchange or credit to your account for any items you are not completely satisfied with. Please call Customer Service at the phone number below if you wish to return or exchange your purchase. All items must be returned to Baby Candy within 14 days of receipt in new, unworn and good condition. Ship items to the address below prepaid and insured (shipping and handling is non-refundable). Please note that personalized items and sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
